You can enjoy one or two sports sessions per day, 5 to 6 times a week, depending on your profile, level and needs.

On the program: boxing, bodybuilding, crosstraining, interval training, sports and group activities, aquagym...

Sessions take place in the morning and late afternoon. Other than that, free time.
You can take the opportunity to relax, rest, do activities, enjoy the swimming pool or visit the city.
